谢长富教授简介:
谢长富,男,1947年生,台湾大学植物研究所博士毕业,现为国立台湾大学植物学系教授。其专长为:植物生态学、植物分类学。
研究主题:
雨林生态为研究主题,研究区域包含垦丁国家公园南仁山保护区之热带及亚热带低山雨林、中部雾社北东眼山之暖温带雨林、及北部北插天山之暖温带雨林。借着永久大型样区之设置及调查,以探讨雨林之植种数量组成、种歧异度、族群结构、植种分布类型、环境条件需求、苗木更新状态、生长及花果周期、凋落物及分解速率、营养盐循环、林隙性质与森林更新之相关性、地被植物之组成与其在森林中之角色等。所收集之资料及调查成果,除可做为未来雨林经营及管理上之依据外,亦可定期取样加以核对。以了解森林之动态演变过程,同时全球环境变迁所导致之影响,亦可监测出来。
