报告人简介：Goulding博士1990年在Sheffield大学化学系获得生物化学学位，博士期间主要研究蛋白和多酚类化合物的相互作用；具有6年的糖生物学和蛋白质组学的研究经验，曾任职牛津OGS公司，负责糖生物学相关试剂盒，试剂和设备的研发；在英国UVItec公司工作11年，负责凝胶成像系统的全球运营，先后任销售经理，销售和市场总监，和运营总监。1999年首次访问中国。自2007年至今，担任Nonlinear Dynamics （属Waters公司）亚太区、非洲和澳大利亚的产品经理。
Paul Goulding received a B.Sc. Hons. In Biochemistry and Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Sheffield, UK. He then worked for Oxford GlycoSciences (Abingdon, UK) for 7 years as an R and D scientist, developing reagents, kits and equipment for the study of glycoproteins. Paul then moved into his first worldwide technical sales role at UVItec of Cambridge, UK, selling CCD based imaging systems and analysis software. Paul joined Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd (NLD, Newcastle, UK) in 2007 as Distributor Manager covering Asia and Asia-Pacific regions and selling software for Omics analysis. Since the Waters acquisition of NLD in 2013, he has held the post of Business Development Manager, Asia, Africa and Australasia providing technical sales and marketing support for the Progenesis range of discovery Omics analysis solutions to local Waters organisations.
